BLOG ANTERIOR / BLOG PRINCIPAL / SIGUIENTE BLOG

The tarot cards that create negative reactions

Most people do not want to see how to create a better future; they just simply want to show up for a tarot reading expecting to hear good news about a bright future without having to take any responsibility.  Tarot can help you get it.

.

The  V of Coins is a card that people do not like to see it at all. It tell us that it is their attitude and believes, their own expectation of failure and the attention they are giving to their "bad luck" what creates what is going on in their lifes.

Same thing with the V of Cups, people can immediately recognize themselves on this card.

If they spend all day thinking and talking about the past and how much they regret it; then there is no chance for a better future to show up. Recognize that the victim mode will not get you into the brilliant future you are waiting for.  Snap out of it!

The  III os Swords is the most distasteful card there is.  Nobody wants to see it on a reading because there is no way to sugar coat it once it shows up; unless of course they were asking about their ex boyfriend´s new relationship and we do not want to get there at all.

So, the bottom line is, get your act together.  Can you see that you are out of balance? We do not like the II of Coins, this is telling us to take action take better desicicions, do something!

Sure we have issues, fears, excuses and everything else, but nothing tells it like it is like the tarot does.

For a tarot reading  have an open mind and take action.

  1. I often say "don't get a reading unless you want the truth!" You are so right... Tarot doesn't sugar coat a thing ;)

I had one woman come in for a reading, her husband, she said, had been kidnapped and taken to Mexico or something. She wanted to know when he would escape and come back. The cards said he was quite happy there and liked his new life! She said I was a horrible reader. :-) Oh well. People really do want to see unhappiness for their exes. I find that I'm not able to oblige them too often--usually the ex is much happier.

  3. As you say, people come to hear unrealistic good news, not the truth usually and many are shocked by it.

  4. Great examples of Minor Arcana cards that cause people to cringe. Agree with Joy about the Three of Swords. One of my all-time un-favs!

  6. I love that you looked at the distasteful Minors. There's just as much drama there as in Death or the Tower. An honest and funny take on the topic :)
